I've used both...not much difference. I get which ever is on sale at the time I need it. One side note, Feria doesn't seem to last as long, so make sure it is permanent color. Good luck!Is L'Oreal Dream Blonde hair color any good?
Well...i used Feria the black one and it's VERY good..so i'm just saying that all L'oreal products are very good!!!...
