just purchased 30 volume ';quick white'; powder at sally's with a 30 volume developer. it says on the bottle not to let the dye touch the scalp, but i'm not sure how to apply it and color the roots without having it touch the skin. what should i do?Blonde Hair Coloring?
Quick white is the product used for streaking,highlighting ,frosting, but not for plain bleaching,therefore it's to strong for regular blond,for regular bleach you can use Clairol's
ultra blue with boosters,ask at Sally's, but make sure the person knows about colorBlonde Hair Coloring?
if you use a dye brush it might make it easier to not get it on your scalp. but i don't have any suggestions other than that.
