I want a cool dark blonde hair color but have red undertones I can't get rid of..?

I have a cool complexion but have natural red undertones to my dark blond hair. I'd like to have a dark blond/ash blond color that would compliment my coloring better, but no matter what color I use at home or have someone else do at a salon, the red in my hair always comes out and makes the color look brassy. Is there a way to get rid of my red undertones?I want a cool dark blonde hair color but have red undertones I can't get rid of..?
You could have them bleach it and then put the color in.


My sister had to do it cause she put pink in her hair and nothing would cover it.
